BDIH, President
Harald Dittmar, lawyer since 1988, founding member of the law-firm Gesper, Hermes & Partner, Mannheim, Germany. Specialized in food-, cosmetic- and competition law. Since 1990 managing director of BDIH, a German association of about 480 member firms acting in the field of cosmetics, food supplements and OTC products.
BDIH membership is not restricted to German firms, so there are also members from EU and overseas. One of the BDIH activities is the creation of a natural cosmetics Standard. More than 90 Member firms (about 20 from abroad) are currently using the BDIH-Label for more than 3000 certified products.
