Since its formation in 2007, the Natural BeautySummit has been addressing the major developments in the cosmeticsindustry concerning natural products and sustainability. NaturalBeauty Summit is now established as the premier summit on theinternational natural beauty industry.

In 2009, the fourth and fifth editions of thisinternational series of high-level summits will focus on major topicslike natural & organic cosmetic standards & certification,product formulations & development, ingredients & sourcing,sustainability best-practices, marketing & distribution, andinvestment issues.

Following the success of the past summits, the thirdNatural Beauty Summit Europe will once again take place in Paris,at the Hotel Pullman on November 23rd & 24th 2009.

For this sixth edition, ITEC France will offer abrand new formula. The content of the summit has been reviewed bywell-known consultants, Sandie Jaidane and Michel Gutsatz,in the natural and organic beauty industry, who will come up with aprogramme set up around 2 full days of conferences. The first day ofthe summit will highlight issues about distribution and consumers, thesecond day will be approaching products concerns. Interactiveanimations will also be part of the programme of the Natural BeautySummit Europe.

During these high level conferences, attendees willhave the chance to enjoy from the experience of speakers, all advisedobservers of this natural and organic sector.

Sandie JaidaneSandieJaidane is a consultant in the Beauty & the Pharmaceuticalindustry.She is a specialist of natural & organic products such asorganic cosmetic, phytotherapy, aromatherapy, nutritherapy and dieteticproducts.Her main clients are media, distribution chains and cosmeticbrands & pharmaceutical laboratories. She also write articles inprofessional beauty magazines and writes on Organic Cosmetics,Sustainable Development and Environment. Prior to this, she wasMarketing & Communication Director at ITEC France, in charge of thepromotion of the International Beauty Trade Show. She came to Itec fromSanoflore cosm?tiques bio, where she held the job of Export Directorand International Communication Manager. She also held positions ofresponsibilities at Jacques Dessange International and Phamacies chains.

Michel GutsatzMichel Gutsatz isAdvisor of The Scriptorium Company, a Brand Strategy Agency whoseclientsencompass investment funds, business schools, luxury brands,mass brands and distributors.He is currently on a mission for EuromedManagement (France's N?8 Business School, based inMarseille) to leadand develop their MBA programmes (World Med MBA, MBA ShanghaiandExecutive MBA Shanghai).His blog BrandWatch at www.michelgutsatz.comis now a reference in brand strategy.Prior to that Michel was ManagingDirector at White Spirit, an Image Strategy Agency, designinglogos,packagings, brochures and merchandising items consistent with brandstrategyrecommendations.As Human Resources and Internal CommunicationDirector of the Bally Group in Switzerland, memberof the ExecutiveCommittee, he redeveloped the whole HR function and redesigned theBally in-storeservice strategy, convinced that service & retail arecritical to the success of a luxury brand.Michel also created anddeveloped the MBA in International Luxury Brand Management atESSECbusiness school, through partnerships with L'Or?al, LVMH, TheEst?e Lauder Companies, Cartier, Montblanc, Escada, Ermenegildo Zegna,Firmenich... This MBA is now a reference in luxury brandmanagementtraining.
